ORDERING PROCESS

  • Choose from selected models, colors, and pickguards in our Custom shop page (ETA 12 months)

  • Choose all available guitars in our Ready To Ship (Will Ship The Next Business Day)

  • Get in on our one-of-a-kind team build surprise custom builds (AVAILABLE WHEN ANNOUNCED ONLINE VIA INSTAGRAM)

  • All deposits are non-refundable

  • Rock N Roll Relics Guitars accepts payment via credit or debit card. Customers in the U.S. can submit payment via ACH bank transfer. For International orders we will except a wire bank transfer.

  • Payment is due upon receipt of your final invoice. If payment is not received within 10 days, Rock N Roll Relics reserves the right to sell the instrument. In the unlikely event that this occurs, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact customer service to reschedule their build.

SHIPPING

  • Instruments ship directly from Rock N Roll Relics via UPS. Once payment is received, instruments will ship in 2-3 business days.

  • The customer is responsible for all applicable costs including insurance, taxes, customs and bank transfer fees. All guitars are insured and declared for their full value.

  • Shipping within the continental US is $85. Within the US, instruments ship via UPS Ground.

  • International shipping rates will be calculated at the time of shipping. 

RETURN POLICY

  • For ready to ship sales the customer has a 48 hour approval upon receipt. This does not apply to ‘custom’ orders.

  • No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization

  • Contact info@rocknrollrelics.net for a Return Authorization Number

  • Once receiving a Return Authorization Number, the customer has 7 days to ship the instrument to RNRR 

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Returned instruments must be in original condition

  • Upon receipt, the instrument will be inspected by a Novo tech to assess it’s condition

  • The customer will pay for any necessary repairs

  • A refund for any reason will be processed less a 5% restocking fee, plus all handling and freight charges
